Come join us for our second annual Family Fun Skate Night on March 21 from 5-7pm. This event will be held at the Lone Star Events & Sports Center in Denton. The event will be $5 for the first 50 skaters and includes rentals. Price will increase to $8 per skater after the first 50 tickets are sold. Watching is free! We will also be selling concessions and Autism Adventures swag. Be sure to reserve your spot today. Space is limited!
Autism Adventures is a non-profit organization that hosts local community events to promote social skill development, networking opportunities and ongoing support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across their lifespan.
We offer several opportunities to participate in social events throughout the year that include surfing, bowling, fishing, stand up paddleboarding, movies, karate, gymnastics, arts and crafts, and so much more.
Stronger Together
We believe there is a need for individuals with disabilities to experience new things in a safe, welcoming environment. We encourage families to participate in lifelong activities that can be continued long after our events are done. Our monthly events are free or at a largely discounted rate. Therefore, ongoing fundraising is necessary to make these events and opportunities happen.
We hope through our events that members will try new activities, make new friends, and create a network of social supports and shared resources.
